Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by ONXORA.

Project work

The initial payment (typically 50% of the agreed project fee) is non-refundable once work has begun. This covers discovery, planning and initial design or development work.

Monthly retainers

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current month in which cancellation is requested.

Shared Success model

The 70% upfront payment for Shared Success projects is non-refundable. The 30% milestone payment is waived if the agreed written milestone is not achieved within the agreed time window.
